Primary Focus: Search Engine Optimization

The Challenge

Before working with The Marketing Broker, Reliant Roof Pros was investing heavily in marketing through another agency but was not seeing the results they expected from that investment.

They wanted to increase brand awareness, improve their online visibility, and create a stronger digital presence that could support referrals and bring more potential customers to the business.

When they came to The Marketing Broker, the goal was not simply to increase the amount of marketing being done. The goal was to create marketing that could be measured and connected back to real activity.

The Strategy

The Marketing Broker took a more connected approach to Reliant Roof Pros' digital marketing.

Search Engine Optimization became an important part of improving the company's visibility in search results. Our ongoing SEO work includes keyword research and strategy, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, local citations, link building, technical SEO improvements, and monthly performance tracking.

SEO also works alongside the company's social media and website strategy. Social media content gives potential customers a reason to engage with the brand, while clear calls to action encourage people to visit the website and learn more about the company.

We also began creating video content featuring the business owner. Having her speak directly to potential customers gives the brand a more personal presence and helps build trust before someone ever reaches out.

The goal is to make each part of the marketing work together instead of treating social media, the website, and SEO as separate efforts.

The Results

The first month of reporting showed a significant increase in website activity compared to June, the month Reliant Roof Pros began working with The Marketing Broker.

Website Visits:

299 visits in July
99.33% increase from June

Page Views

417 page views in July
103.41% increase increase from June

Form Submissions

10 form submissions in July
42.86% increase increase from June

Call Clicks

8 call clicks in July
33.33% increase increase from June

These numbers are especially important because the goal was not simply to get more people to see the brand. Increased website activity created more opportunities for potential customers to contact the business through calls and forms.

Building Visibility Beyond the Website

The website is only one part of the overall digital strategy.

In July, Reliant Roof Pros' social media content generated:

56,000 viewers

1,800 social media visits

The continued activity helps keep the brand visible and gives potential customers multiple opportunities to interact with the business.

Growing Search Visibility

The SEO work has also begun producing measurable search visibility.

In August, Reliant Roof Pros reached the #2 position on Google for the search term "roof pros job opportunities."

The Marketing Broker also built 22 new links to the website during the month. These links are part of the ongoing SEO strategy designed to strengthen the website's authority and support improved rankings over time.

As the SEO campaign continues, the focus is on building visibility across the search terms potential customers use when looking for roofing services.

A Connected Marketing Strategy

Reliant Roof Pros' results show why SEO works best when it is part of a larger marketing strategy.

Social media creates awareness and gives people an opportunity to get familiar with the business. Video content puts a face behind the brand and helps build trust. Calls to action give interested people a clear next step. The website gives potential customers a place to learn more and get in touch. SEO helps the business become easier to find when people are actively searching.

Instead of simply spending money on marketing and hoping it works, Reliant Roof Pros now has measurable data showing how people are interacting with its digital presence.

The Bigger Picture

The work with Reliant Roof Pros is ongoing. As the SEO strategy continues, The Marketing Broker is focused on improving search visibility, strengthening the website, creating useful content, and making it easier for potential customers to find and contact the business.

The early results show meaningful growth in website activity, calls, and form submissions, while ongoing SEO and content efforts continue building the company's online presence.

Industry: Accounting and CPA Services

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas

Client Since: September 2025

Primary Focus: Local Search Engine Optimization and Google Business Profile Management

The Challenge

Croft & Vance was struggling to be seen online and needed help building a stronger digital presence. Their Google Business Profile was not active, and their website needed updates to better support their online visibility.

They needed a marketing strategy that could keep their business visible, maintain their presence across Google and social media, and make sure their website was properly optimized for search.

The Strategy

The Marketing Broker focused on building a consistent online presence for Croft & Vance through ongoing content, local search optimization, and website improvements.

Rather than treating these as one time projects, the goal has been to consistently maintain and improve their digital presence so the firm has a stronger foundation for being found online.

Keeping Their Google Business Profile Active

Google Business Profile management has been an ongoing part of Croft & Vance's marketing strategy.

Each month, The Marketing Broker updates the firm's Google Business Profile with fresh content. Social media posts created for Facebook and Instagram are also used on the Google Business Profile, giving potential clients another place to see current information about the firm while keeping the profile active.

For a local accounting firm, that consistency is important. Someone searching for accounting, tax, or CPA services in Little Rock should be able to find accurate information and a digital presence that reflects an active, established firm.

Strengthening the Website for Search

The Croft & Vance website also receives ongoing SEO work to help search engines better understand the business and its services.

This includes optimizing meta descriptions, page slugs, keywords, and other on page and technical SEO factors. We also make website updates as needed to keep the site current and support the firm's broader marketing strategy.

These are often behind the scenes changes that visitors may not notice, but they help create a stronger foundation for search visibility.

Creating a Consistent Digital Presence

Croft & Vance's marketing strategy is built around consistency.

Social media keeps the firm visible and provides fresh content. That content can also be used on the Google Business Profile. The website gives potential clients a place to learn more about the firm and its services, while ongoing SEO work helps strengthen its ability to be discovered through search.

Each piece supports the others, creating a more connected online presence instead of treating every marketing channel as a separate effort.

The Results

The primary result of this ongoing work has been the development and maintenance of a stronger local digital presence for Croft & Vance.

Since beginning work together in September 2025, The Marketing Broker has consistently maintained the firm's Google Business Profile, added fresh content, and optimized the website for search.

The focus has been on building a foundation that can continue working over time rather than relying on a short term marketing push.

For an established accounting firm, that means keeping the business visible, making its online information easier for potential clients to find, and giving search engines consistent signals about the business and the services it provides.

Industry: Fencing and Fence Installation

Location: Benton, Arkansas

Services: Website Design, Search Engine Optimization, Google Business Profile Management, Geofencing and Meta Advertising

SEO Start Date: May 2026

The Challenge

Benton Fence was starting without the digital foundation many customers rely on when choosing a local service business.

They did not have a website, an established online presence, or an ongoing Search Engine Optimization strategy. This made it difficult for potential customers to find the company online, learn about its services, or discover the business when searching for fencing services in Benton and the surrounding areas.

Without a strong digital presence, Benton Fence had limited opportunities to reach people who were actively looking for the services they provide.

The Strategy

The Marketing Broker took a full digital approach that started with establishing Benton Fence's online foundation and then building its search visibility over time.

We worked on the company's website throughout the beginning of 2026 before beginning an ongoing SEO strategy in May. The website, SEO, Google Business Profile, blog content, and digital advertising all became part of a connected strategy designed to help the business get found online and give potential customers a place to learn more once they discovered the company.

Building the Foundation

A major part of the early work with Benton Fence was developing its website and creating a stronger online foundation for the business.

The website gives potential customers a place to learn about Benton Fence, explore its services, view projects, and find contact information. It also provides a foundation for ongoing SEO by giving individual services and areas of the business dedicated pages that can be optimized for relevant searches.

Growing Local Search Visibility

In May 2026, The Marketing Broker began ongoing SEO work for Benton Fence.

The strategy includes keyword research, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, technical SEO improvements, and ongoing content creation. Blog posts are also created as part of the SEO strategy, giving the website additional content that can target relevant search topics and provide useful information to potential customers.

Since beginning SEO work, the website has generated 3,201 search impressions, showing that the site is being discovered in Google search results.

Ranking for Relevant Local Searches

The SEO campaign has also produced measurable improvements in keyword rankings.

The website currently ranks #2 for "Benton Fence Company."

Several other local and service based searches have also improved:

"Benton fence company"

Started at 101+ and improved to #2

"Benton fence company Benton, AR"

Started at #19 and improved to #7

"Wood fence installation Benton"

Started at 101+ and improved to #6

"Benton fence company Little Rock, AR"

Started at #62 and improved to #22

"Fence installation Benton"

Started at #34 and improved to #19

Overall, 7 targeted keywords improved during the reporting period, with 10 keywords currently ranking in the top 10.

Creating Content That Supports SEO

Blog content is another part of the ongoing SEO strategy for Benton Fence.

Each blog post gives the website an opportunity to provide useful information related to fencing, installation, services, and questions potential customers may have. This creates additional opportunities for the website to appear in search while giving visitors helpful information once they arrive.

Combined with ongoing website optimization and local SEO, the content helps build a stronger website over time.

The Role of Advertising

SEO is the primary focus of this case study, but Benton Fence's digital strategy also includes geofencing and Meta advertising.

The Marketing Broker manages digital advertising campaigns that can include audience targeting, retargeting, geofencing, ad design, copywriting, and budget optimization.

These campaigns give Benton Fence another way to reach potential customers while the SEO strategy continues building organic search visibility.

The Results

The ongoing SEO work has helped Benton Fence begin building measurable search visibility from its new digital foundation.

3,201 search impressions

#2 ranking for "Benton Fence Company"

#6 ranking for "Wood Fence Installation Benton"

7 targeted keywords improved

10 keywords currently ranking in the top 10

The results show that Benton Fence is gaining visibility for both company related searches and searches for specific fencing services in the local area.

The Bigger Picture

Benton Fence started without the digital foundation needed to compete for attention online. Through website development, ongoing SEO, blog content, Google Business Profile management, and digital advertising, the business now has a stronger foundation for being found by potential customers.

The SEO campaign is still developing, but the early ranking improvements and search visibility show that the website is beginning to gain traction for relevant local and service based searches.

As the campaign continues, the focus will remain on improving rankings, creating useful content, and helping more potential customers find Benton Fence when they are looking for fencing services.
